| 1 | Contract of Hire. |
| All bookings accepted are subject to the following conditions,
which are deemed to be accepted in full by the hirer and all persons in the
party upon payment of the deposit. Bookings can be made
by email or via this link
and these Terms & Conditions would be deemed to be accepted upon the receipt of the deposit.
We reserve the right to refuse any booking. |
| 2 | Deposit. |
| A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to secure your booking
which will be held for up to 7 days until your deposit is received.
If your booking is made less than 8 weeks before your departure date it must be
accompanied by full payment.
Your booking is only confirmed upon receipt of your deposit. An email
or letter (which ever is preferred) will confirm this.
Please state your preference at the time of booking. |
| 3 | Payment of Balance. |
| The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to your departure date,
or within 5 days if the date is within 8 weeks of the departure date.
Payment is acceptable by cheque, bank transfer, or credit card,

| 4 | Payment of Balance. |
| The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior
to your departure date, |
| 5 | Security Deposit. |
| A security deposit of £150 will be required along with the final
payment. This will be returned within 30 days after the holiday ends unless the Management
Company reports any damage, missing items or excess cleaning requirements. |

| 6 | Cancellation by Hirer. |
| All booking cancellations must be in writing or by email and be
received by the owner within 8 weeks of the holiday commencement date. If cancellation
is prior to this, only the deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is less
than 8 weeks before departure date, the full hire cost to be paid.
Every attempt will be made to re-avertise the apartment for this period.
If the apartment can be re-let then a refund will be payable to you.
It is a condition of booking that full insurance is taken out to cover cancellation. |
| 7 | Alteration or Cancellation by Owner. |
| In the unlikely event that the apartment becomes unavailable
due to circumstances beyond the control of the owner then the hirer will be offered a full refund.
Any refund is restricted to the apartment hire costs and the owner cannot be held liable
for any cancellation or administrative charges for travel arrangements etc.. |
| 8 | Included. |
| The apartment rental includes the cost of weekly delivery of linen and
towels (excluding beach/pool towels), water, electricity, air-conditioning/heating,
and use of all facilities at Aphrodite Apartments. Any defects or deficiencies must be
reported within 48 hours of your arrival. After this time it will be assumed
that everything is in order. |
| 9 | Occupancy. |
| Only persons accompanying the named guest on the booking may occupy
the apartment.
The apartment can not be re-let or sublet to any other group, party or individual
without written permission from the owner.
Under no circumstances may more than the maximum number of people stated on the
booking occupy the apartment. We reserve the right to refuse admittance to the hirer
and party if they are in breach of this condition.
The Customer shall occupy the property for holiday purposes and no other.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

| 10 | Hirer Responsibility. |
|
The hirer is responsible for taking reasonable care of the property and its contents.
At the end of the hire period, the property and its contents, including all
equipment furniture and utensils etc. must be left clean and tidy which
includes the crockery and cutlery cleaned and stored in the appropriate cupboards
and ensure that the cooker, oven and fridge are left in a clean condition.
The hirer shall report any fault with the property or surroundings to ourselves
or the on-site management staff immediately, who must be given the opportunity
to correct the problem directly. A point of contact and telephone number will be
given either prior to or upon arrival.
The hirer shall ensure that no member of the party engages in any activity in or
around the apartment or swimming pool which may cause damage or offence to the
neighbours.
The hirer shall ensure that all rubbish is cleared away from the property
and placed in the communal dustbins. |
| 11 | Right of Access. |
| The owner, a representative or sub-contractors have the right
to access the apartment at any time with due regard to the convenience of the hirer
for the purposes of linen change or inspection of the property and to carry out
essential or routine repair or maintenance work. |
| 12 | Responsibilities. |
| Neither the owner nor any representative can be held responsible
for any circumstances beyond our control including, but not limited to, mechanical
breakdown, illness, television reception, swimming pool maintenance and
failure of any public supply. |
| 13 | Injury or Damage. |
| It is a condition of booking that the hirer and their party have full
travel insurance to cover against personal injury and damage. |
| 14 | Accuracy of Information. |
| Great care is taken to ensure that the information and photographs
contained on this web site are correct and all details are updated on a regular basis. |

| 15 | Arrival & Departure Times. |
| The apartment will be available for occupation from 16:00 on the day
of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 on day of departure. It is possible these
times could be flexible depending on other bookings immediately before or
after the confirmed dates. However, this can not be confirmed until one day
prior to arrival. |
| 16 | Keys & Directions. |
| Detailed instructions for key access and directions will be sent to you
on receipt of the balance. |
| 17 | Complaints. |
| In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about
the apartment or its contents whilst on holiday, it must be reported immediately to
ourselves, or our representatives, who will take steps to resolve the matter. We will
have no liability for any complaint submitted after completion of the hire period. |
| 18 | Building Work. |
| In the event of building work taking place by local authority,
developers or neighbours, it is important to note that the owner is not responsible
for such work and is unable to stop such work taking place or control the levels of
noise. Currently there is no building work being undertaken around the apartments. |
| 19 | Unforseen Circumstances. |
| We regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation
where the prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected
by any event which we or the suppliers of the service(s) in question could not,
even with due care and attention, foresee or avoid. Such events may include
but are not limited to, war, threat of war, civil commotion or strife, hostilities,
strikes or other industrial disputes, natural disasters, fire, drought, acts of
God, terrorist activities, quarantine, epidemics, weather conditions, government
action or other events outside our control. |
| 20 | Insurance. |
| The apartment hire does not include any personal insurance
of any kind. It is a condition of booking that insurance is taken out against
cancellation and it is strongly recommended that personal accident and medical insurance
is also taken out. |
